Track maintenance work !

Track maintenance work will involve with:
1. Track measurement and Inspection: Regular inspections are conducted to assess the condition of the track, including identifying defects, wear, and other issues that may affect safety and performance.
2. Rail Tamping: Tamping involves compacting the ballast beneath the track to maintain proper alignment and stability. 
3. Rail grinding: Rail grinding is done to remove surface irregularities and restore the desired rail profile. 
4. Rail replacement: Over time, rails may need to be replaced due to wear and fatigue. this involves removing old rails and installing new ones to ensure safe and reliable train operations.
5. Joint maintenance: Regular inspections and maintenance of rail joints are conducted to ensure proper alignment and integrity. This includes tightening or replacing bolts, adjusting fishplates, and addressing any issues related to the joints.

6. Welding and repairs: Welding is performed on track sections to repair cracks or breaks in the rails.
