YLS-900I Hydraulic Rail Tensor
It's suitable for 75kg/m and 60kg/m type rail stress relief and seamless long rail relaying. While operating in the field at a certain temperature range being lower than the rail locking temperature, by employing this machine, the length of a rail with zero-stress can be forced to stretch to a length at locking temperature, then re-lock the rail.

Rail Tensor
Using during the installation or maintenance of railway tracks.
It is used to adjust the tension in the rails to the required level. By applying appropriate tension, the tensor helps to prevent the rails from sagging or becoming loose, ensuring the safety and stability of the track.
During the installation of a new railway track, hydraulic rail tensors are used to align and tension the rails.
