LG-600 HYDRAULIC RAIL TENSOR

During the stress relief operation of the seamless track , after loosening therail fasteners , when the rail temperature reaches the standard requirementin order to make the stress in the rail reach a freely released state , a pre-calculatedtension must be given out . This tension should be applied by hydraulic railtensor . Cutting of the ends of the rails to be welded to a cerntain length toensure the gap  between the rails . Before and during rail welding , hydraulrail tensor are used to fix the ends of two rails to maintain the specified gap between the rails and the specified rail stress. The rail tensor is also suitablefor repairing broken rails of seamless tracks.
