NZG-31 Ⅱ Internal Combustion Rail Drilling Machine

NZG-31 Ⅱ internal combustion rail drilling machine is a special machine suitable for railway public works and engineering departments to drill rail fishplate bolt holes. It is suitable for drilling 43kg / m, 50kg / m, 60kg / M and 75kg / M rails. It is powered by a small gasoline engine and decelerated by a special reducer to drive the drill pipe to rotate. The handle is used to drive the gear and rack to realize feeding, the worm gear and worm mechanism is clamped, and the drill pipe bracket is set to ensure the accuracy of drilling direction and prolong the service life of the drill bit.

It is equipped with a special hollow drill bit. Therefore, the machine has the advantages of novel structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency, convenient clamping, accurate drilling and so on. There are petrol engine type and electric type ,depend on user side situation to choose suitable type .
