Vertical rall &switch grinding machine

Vertical rall &switch grinding machine is a dedicated track maintenance machine for precise grinding of rails and various types of switches. It can be used for comprehensive and accurate grinding of rail surfaces, sides, arcs, switch and frog centers of rails and switches. The single-cylinder air- cooled two-stroke M165 gasoline engine imported from Spain is selected as the power, which can be turned 90° to .the inner side of the rail and 30° to the outer side of the rail for grinding operations. The cylindrical resin grinding wheel end face flat grinding method ensures the precision of grinding the rail. The use of the chain and the arc guide groove to coordinate the imit method, to promote the grinding wheel to be accurately positioned at any position of the rail head cross section. After several displacement polishing on the rail head, the contour of the rail head can be accurately.
